Welcome to NataPay. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NataPay services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

NataPay provides a platform for:

• Purchasing mobile data bundles (MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9mobile).
• Airtime top-ups for all Nigerian networks.
• Buying and selling gift cards.
• Paying electricity bills and TV subscriptions (DSTV, GOtv, Startimes).
• Education PIN purchases (WAEC, NECO).
• eSIM data plans for international use.
• Betting wallet funding.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Transactions

• All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
• Transactions are generally instant but may be subject to network delays.
• Failed transactions will be refunded to your NataPay wallet within 24 hours.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

• Failed transactions where services were not delivered.
• Duplicate charges due to system errors.
• Services not matching the description or order.

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Successfully delivered services (data, airtime, etc.) are generally non-refundable.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt our platform.
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.
• Use automated systems or bots to access our services.
• Engage in money laundering or other financial crimes.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

NataPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on NataPay are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
