Which networks and numbers

How fast is it, and what if it fails?
Top-ups are delivered within seconds. Nata sends each request through more than one airtime supplier, so a slow route on one network does not hold up your recharge. If the network rejects the request outright, the amount is refunded to your wallet automatically, and you can simply try again. If the receipt says successful but the phone has not shown the credit, check the balance first (*310# on MTN and Airtel, *124# on Glo, *232# on 9mobile) and then contact support on WhatsApp with the receipt.
