In today's connected world, being offline can feel like being stranded. But what if there was a safety net? A way to get back online even with zero data? Introducing our Offline Data feature—your digital lifesaver for those critical moments.

Part 1: Set Up Your Safety Net (Do This Now!)

The key to using Offline Data in an emergency is to set it up before you need it. It only takes a minute and will give you complete peace of mind.

1. Go to the Offline Data Page: From the app's home screen or 'More' section, tap on the 'Offline Data' icon to open the feature page.

2. Add Your Receiving Number: Tap the 'Add new number' button. This will open a form where you'll set up the phone number that will receive the data in an emergency.

3. Configure Your Bundle: In the form, enter the phone number you want to receive the data, select the network, and choose the data bundle size. This creates a 'standing order' for your emergency data.

Part 2: Using Offline Data in an Emergency

Okay, the moment has come. You're out of data and you need to get back online fast. Here's what to do:

1. Find the Lifesaver Number: On the Offline Data page, you'll see a number labeled 'Call/Beep for Offline Data'. This is your lifeline. We recommend saving this number to your contacts right now:

2. Make the Call: Using any phone (it doesn't have to be a smartphone), simply call or 'flash' this number. You don't need to let it ring through; a quick beep is all it takes.
3. Magic Happens: Our system will instantly recognize the call and automatically send the data bundle you pre-configured to your saved receiving number.

4. You're Back Online! Within moments, you'll receive a notification that your data has arrived. You can now access the internet and get yourself out of that jam.
